I was reading the Irish Indepencency Post, there was an interview with some business man that said the Celtic Tiger wasnt dead, - "only if we believe its dead, then its dead, - if we believe its a live we can go on forever."
That business man was maybe not aware of what it takes to believe. You have to build houses for the believing, write books, make theory, candles and everything.
